Selena Gomez will be named “Woman of the Year” at Billboard’s Latin Women in Music ceremony.

Singer and actress Selena Gomez will be honored with the “Woman of the Year” award during Billboard’s Latin Women in Music ceremony, where singer Celia Cruz will also be posthumously recognized.

With this recognition, Gomez joins the group of previously announced women, including Anitta with the “Vanguardista” Award, Belinda with the “Evolution” Award, Chiquis with the “Impact” Award, Ha*Ash with the “Inquebrantable” Award, Natti Natasha with the “Unstoppable Artist” Award, and Olga Tañón with the “Musical Career” Award.

The “Woman of the Year” award, given to a female artist who has demonstrated exceptional success, leadership, and cultural influence in the music industry and beyond, will be presented to Selena Gomez, who has achieved an extraordinary musical career, leaving her mark on the Billboard charts across a variety of genres.
