Selena Gomez will be named “Woman of the Year” at Billboard’s Latin Women in Music ceremony.

Singer and actress Selena Gomez will be honored with the “Woman of the Year” award during Billboard’s Latin Women in Music ceremony, where singer Celia Cruz will also be posthumously recognized.
