The United States seeks to outdo other militaries with a new stealth fighter and overtake China’s aerial dominance.

This is a sixth-generation fighter that will set the new standard in air superiority, with enhanced stealth capabilities called Stealth++, a range of up to 1,825 kilometers, and a top speed exceeding Mach 2 (2,470 km/h). The Pentagon is making no secret of this technological commitment: it will be its calling card in the face of Chinese military escalation and European demands.
The US reveals its next sixth-generation stealth fighter: the F-47 will challenge Chinese air dominance before 2030
General David Allvin, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, has publicly confirmed the model through his official X account, revealing the first details of the program that will transform US air strategy in the next decade. Between 2027 and 2029, more than 185 F-47s will be ready for service as part of a broader fleet modernization and strategic deterrence plan.
