Quantum System Two, IBM’s most powerful quantum computer

The Basque Government and IBM announce the installation of Europe’s first IBM Quantum System Two in San Sebastián. This supercomputer will feature a 156-qubit IBM Quantum Heron processor, designed to reach utility scale. It is the most powerful to date.

Microsoft’s quantum machine at scale
A quantum machine capable of solving many of the world’s most complex problems will require at least 1 million stable qubits that can perform 1 quintillion operations while making at most a single error. Microsoft is working to deliver quantum technology at scale by engineering a single, stable qubit and bringing a full-stack, fault-tolerant quantum machine to Azure. This feat will be the result of numerous advancements across the stack.
